Our Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use RK Websolution's services — written in plain language so they're easy to follow.
01What These Terms Cover
By using any service from RK Websolution — whether that's web hosting, website development, DevOps support, server maintenance, or IT consulting — you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming that you have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
💡 Simply put: using our services means you accept these rules. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
02Our Services
Here's what we offer at RK Websolution:
- Web & Cloud Hosting — Shared hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Windows Hosting, Forex VPS, Odoo, n8n, ERPNext, Advanced Cloud, and SSL Certificates.
- Website & App Development — WordPress, React/Next.js, eCommerce (Magento, WooCommerce), mobile apps (React Native), UI/UX design, and custom platforms.
- Maintenance & Security — Server management, performance tuning, malware removal, security audits, backups, and website migrations.
- 24/7 Support & DevOps — White-label helpdesk, DevOps as a Service, CI/CD pipelines, Docker & Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
- Infrastructure & Consulting — Multi-cloud setup (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise architecture, and IT strategy consulting.
The exact features depend on the plan or project agreement you've chosen.
03Your Account
When we give you login credentials — like a cPanel username, server password, or API key — it's your responsibility to keep them safe. Here's what we ask:
- Tell us immediately at support@rkwebsolution.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Don't share your login details with others without our written permission.
- Keep your contact and billing information up to date.
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
If we notice unusual activity, we may temporarily pause your account to protect you and our other clients.
04Payments & Billing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. 18% GST applies to all services in India.
- One-time services — Payment is due at the time of order.
- Recurring plans — Invoices are generated at the start of each billing period.
- Annual renewals — Hosting plans renew every year (renewal fees are mentioned in your plan — typically ₹2,250 to ₹3,000).
- Late payments — Accounts with unpaid invoices beyond 7 days may be paused. Service resumes once payment is received.
- Price changes — We'll give you 30 days' written notice before changing any prices.
⚠ If payment isn't received within 14 days of the due date, we may permanently delete hosted data. We're not liable for data loss caused by non-payment.
05What We Guarantee (SLA)
Here's what you can expect from us in terms of performance and support:
- 99.9% uptime — Our hosting is designed for maximum reliability. Scheduled maintenance windows don't count against this guarantee.
- 15-minute emergency response — A real engineer responds to critical issues within 15 minutes, 24/7/365.
- Email support — We reply within 2 hours during business hours, and within 4 hours at other times.
- WhatsApp / Live Chat — Available around the clock at +91 99782 47432.
- New client onboarding — Managed service clients are fully set up within 48 hours.
If we fall short of our uptime commitment due to something on our end, we'll issue a service credit on your next invoice. Credits are not cash refunds and don't apply to issues caused by third-party outages, your own changes, or events outside our control.
06Fair Use Rules
To keep our infrastructure reliable for everyone, please don't use our services for:
- Hosting or sharing illegal content under Indian or international law.
- Sending bulk spam emails or running open mail relays.
- Phishing, fraud, or any form of deception.
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or hacking tools.
- Mining cryptocurrency without our written approval.
- Infringing on someone else's copyright or intellectual property.
- Overloading shared servers in a way that affects other clients.
- Trying to access systems or accounts that aren't yours.
If we find any of these activities, we'll suspend or terminate the service immediately — without warning and without a refund.
07Who Owns the Work
Everything we build for you — code, designs, templates, and documentation — belongs to RK Websolution until we've received full payment from you.
Once you've paid in full, you receive the rights to use the deliverables as agreed in your project. We keep the right to reuse any general-purpose components or frameworks we developed as part of your project for other clients.
Please make sure any content you provide to us (images, text, logos) doesn't belong to someone else — that responsibility is yours.
08Keeping Things Confidential
We won't share your server details, credentials, business data, or project information with anyone outside our team — unless:
- The law or a court order requires it.
- You've given us written permission.
- A sub-contractor who is strictly bound by the same confidentiality obligations needs it to do their work.
White-label clients: We'll operate fully under your brand. Your end customers will never know RK Websolution is involved.
09Our Responsibility Limits
We work hard to keep everything running, but there are situations we can't be held responsible for:
- Loss of data, income, or business due to a service interruption.
- Issues caused by third-party providers, internet outages, or events outside our control (floods, power cuts, etc.).
- Security breaches that happen because your credentials were compromised or your own software wasn't updated.
In any situation, the maximum we can be held liable for is the total amount you paid us in the three months before the issue occurred.
💡 We include automated backups in most plans, but we still recommend keeping your own independent backup of anything critical.
10Ending or Pausing Your Service
If you want to cancel: Give us 15 days' written notice for monthly plans. Annual plans can be cancelled but aren't refunded for the remaining period.
If we need to suspend or end your service: We may do so immediately if:
- You've breached these Terms or our Fair Use rules.
- An invoice is more than 14 days overdue.
- Your account poses a risk to our infrastructure or other clients.
- A law or regulation requires it.
After termination, you have 7 days to download your data. After that, we may permanently delete it.
11Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Before going to court, both parties agree to first try to resolve things directly, and if needed, through a formal mediator.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we'll let you know by email or on our website at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continuing to use our services after the changes go live means you accept the updated Terms. The latest version is always on our website.
